In addition to being Quality Assurance Specialists, several BER staff are Certified Passive House Consultants (CPHC), verifiers and raters for Phius, and have in depth building science knowledge. BER also is a member of the Canadian Association of Consulting Energy Advisors (CACEA) and Nova Scotia’s Building to Zero Exchange (BTZx), is a recognized and credited training provider and connected with many industry leading associations and stakeholders.
